Doctor ECU: Rebranding and product design
Summary
Integrated brand and product design for a company specialized in automotive electronic diagnostics.
Doctor ECU needed to update its visual identity and professionalize the design of its equipment, aligning brand, product, and technical use under a single functional logic.
At Nibö Studio, we approached the project holistically, redefining the brand identity and designing plastic enclosures intended for 3D printing production and intensive use in technical environments.

Context
The brand already had functional technical tools, but lacked a consolidated visual identity and a product design aligned with the level of specialization of its users.
The equipment needed improvements in presence, ergonomics, and construction logic, while maintaining production feasibility and ease of assembly for electronic components.
Process
We approached the project as a complete system.
A new visual identity was defined for the brand, updating the logo and color palette to convey precision, technology, and reliability.
In parallel, we designed the plastic enclosures for the devices, considering ergonomics, protection of internal components, and feasibility for 3D printing production.
From the outset, the design accounted for electronic boards, connectors, and internal systems, integrating form, function, and production process.
Outcome
The result is a renewed brand and a coherent, technical product system ready for production.
The new enclosures enable efficient manufacturing, protect electronic components, and reinforce the brand’s identity in real-use environments.
A solution aligned with the real needs of specialized technicians and mechanics.
